T2 Computing, Inc. is Hiring a Customer Success Representative Near New York, NY

POSITION SUMMARY

The role of the Customer Success Representative is to coordinate sales related activities, interface with customers and the sales team on a consistent basis. The CSR is responsible for taking care of the day-to-day activities of the sales team. They will work closely with the Sales Team as well as the Professional Services Group.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES

  • Search for product, price, and availability for various products not currently in the database
  • Prepare customer quotations on behalf of the Sales Teams
  • Submit Manufacture Deal Registration forms
  • Create sales orders from customer PO’s
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, service questions, and rentals
  • Secure customer payments
  • Assist account managers on building complex quotes
  • Technical liaison for account managers
  • Track and communicate logistics to customers for orders while properly managing their expectations
  • Identify new in-bound sales opportunities and disseminate to management for assignment
  • Leverage customer purchase history to ensure consistent pricing/discounting

ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Timely response to customer inquires
  • Timely creation of Sales Orders
  • Timely processing of customer payments
  • Consistent communication with account managers on customer activity
  • Independently utilizes available resources to complete tasks

COMPETENCIES & EXPERIENCE

  • Computer savvy with strong Microsoft Office, ie. Excel, Word skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • 2 years of customer service experience
  • Ability to multi-task and operate with a sense of urgency in a rapidly changing environment
  • Experience in a creative media environment (audio, video, etc.) is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
